About TTH
OEM Pergolas & Private Label Project Support
A private-label offer is strongest when the product behind the logo is clearly defined. Start with the target customer and selected system, then agree customization, approval samples, packing and repeat-order requirements.
Discuss your project
Separate branding choices from product changes
A logo position, carton design or document cover is a different request from changing a structural section, roof mechanism or mounting connection. List each proposed change and the product family it affects. For the louvered ranges, identify the model and accessory combination; for a pavilion, define the complete roof configuration. Solar-canopy requests should identify who supplies modules and electrical equipment, while awning requests should define the fabric, cassette and arm arrangement. TTH reviews the requested scope for the written offer, including any sample, drawing or development work needed before approval.
Create one reference set for approval
Bring the drawing, selected finish, component list, branding artwork and packing concept together before the first order. Use an agreed physical sample or documented finish reference for color, texture and sheen. Define the label contents and document language for the destination, including any information that must remain traceable to the product. Keep accessory colors and control options explicit because availability may differ from the main frame. Once approved, each reference should carry a clear revision so a later change can be assessed without silently altering the established offer.

A dealer launch package for retractable awnings
For a dealer introducing retractable awnings for residential terraces, define the intended fixing conditions, fabric appearance, control method and customer instructions first. Use the agreed first order to review the selected configuration, label visibility, packing protection and how installers identify the components. Collect feedback from unpacking, assembly and operation, then update the approved product references before expanding the range. Confirm quantity, sample cost, any tooling work and the delivery schedule in the written offer. Keep the final drawing, finish reference, branding artwork and customer documents together as the basis for repeat orders.
Design packing and after-sales support together
Packing should support the receiving and installation sequence as well as the journey. Agree the package markings, component references, document location and any requested spare items. For repeat orders, retain the approved product revision and review substitutions or discontinued accessories before confirming the next shipment. Define how the dealer submits a service request, including order reference, component identification and photographs. Market documents and product claims also need review against the actual configuration. A private-label appearance can be consistent across the range while the technical records remain specific to each supplied system.
