What does the published unit price cover?
The product pages publish a price range per square metre and describe made-to-order supply. The selected profile, finish, side options, lighting and other accessories must be confirmed in the written quotation. Do not assume an online range includes every option or a local installation service. Solar canopies and retractable awnings are separate families; these pergola prices do not apply to them.
How to calculate a preliminary area
For a rectangular layout, length multiplied by width gives a preliminary plan area in m². Confirm whether the order uses external roof dimensions, post spacing or another agreed measurement before applying a unit price. A nominal 3 × 4 m rectangle has an area of 12 m²; this is an arithmetic example, not confirmation that a particular span or configuration is suitable.
Separate the product from the landed and installed cost
Request separate lines for the selected structure, side screens or glazing, packing, transport, import charges and local site work. Confirm who handles foundations, drainage connections, electrical work, unloading and assembly. If an item is not quoted, treat it as unresolved rather than free. Currency is USD on the published product prices; local-currency conversion and taxes require current confirmation.
